What We Won't Do

We won't reissue the founder edition.

Twenty five hoodies, numbered 01 through 25, given to twenty five athletes. The numbered hoodie is never made again.

We won't pay anyone to wear a logo.

We want athletes who understand what braev means. Not athletes who were paid to say it.

We won't ask a high school athlete to post for product.

If we send you something, it is yours. No caption required. No tag required. Nothing owed.

We won't put a big logo on the outside.

The person wearing it is more interesting than the mark.

We won't use a school's name or colors without permission.

Their marks belong to them. We will always ask.

We won't tie the grant to a purchase.

The Show Up Anyway Grant has no essay, no proof, no hardship story and nothing to buy. A teammate noticed you kept showing up. That is the whole application.

We won't invent scarcity.

When something is limited, it is limited for a real reason. When it is not, we will say so.

These are not promises we made to look good. They are decisions we already made.
